splat!
So, I got some random stuff taken care of today. Now if I'd only gotten some shopping done. Oh, well. Maybe tonight, if I don't see the nutcracker, or LOTR, or go to the robotics thing with Megs that she's been talking about. They way she obsesses over not quite getting perfect scores on tests is starting to drive me insane. I wish I were like that still. Actually, I'm not sure I ever was like that, of course I'm sure there are people out there who could easily prove me wrong.
I'm putting off getting my hair cut until after Christmas. I still don't know what I'm doing for my parent's 25th wedding anniversary. If you have any really good ideas please pass them on to me. I got told not to plan anything big because People of Praise will be doing something for them, so now I'm not sure what to do. Help!
Okay, so spending time sorting through stuff from MS & HS has it's pluses and it's minuses. On the positive side a lot of the stuff I kept brings back a lot of happy memories. On the negative side some of the notes I saved are from not very happy times in my life. Some of it has made me realize how silly some stuff that I made somewhat of a big deal out of really was.
Last night I got to talk to Nate for awhile. It was good to hear from him. Then this morning, I had ims from John, Renae, Kat, Andrew, and Nate. I miss all of you guys! Anyways. . . don't let me forget to that I have something for all of you when I return to Dayton. . . yay for fun surprises. . .
I must call Jess and Katie and Jenny about friday. In fact, I think that I'm going to try to reach Jess now. I love how I still remember all their numbers. . . even though it's been awhile since I called them regularly. Of course numbers are things I usually don't forget. . .
