Goodnight Moon
It's nap time! But first a quick update. And by quick, I hopefully mean quick, as I don't know how much longer I can keep my eyes open.
So went to Kristin's yesterday where we hung out and played Disney Trivia (I kicked ass, I know my Disney) and regular Trivia except it was from like 50 years ago so I couldn't comprehend many of the questions, although I did get three right. Hooray! Then we went to the movies, picking Allie up along the way and meeting Kelly there. Of course we show up late because Mrs. Corbusier is always late, but luckily we got tickets and seats and Kelly wasn't too freaked out at our lateness like she usually is. We saw Princess Diaries 2, which was really very cute, even though it didn't follow the books at all. But it was really really really cute. Awww! I still can't get over how cute it was. What am I talking about? Oh yeah. So afterwards Allie decides to spend the night too and Kristin and I are really scared by her sudden burst of late-night hyperness which quickly dies out and she falls fast asleep. Kristin and I stay up until 2 AM talking about dreams we've had (she has some pretty cool dreams; all mine are retarded) and promising each other that we'll stay in touch long after high school and college are over, which is quite sweet, really. I love that girl. And then when we finally decide to go to sleep Allie's cell phone rings and it's some Californian drunk girl who thinks Allie's number is her answering machine access code. Whatever. So then there's sleep, and Allie waking us up because she has to leave early, and then more sleep for me, then me waking up to no one in the house which freaked me out, but Kristin was out practicing volleyball because tryouts are tomorrow, and then me playing volleyball with her, and then playing Frisbee, and then riding bikes up to her neighbor's where she's taking care of their dogs, and then playing with the doggies, and then TV, and then lots of other stuff until an hour ago when my mom picked me up. So it's always fun when it's a day at the Corbusiers.
And now my not-so-quick update must come to an end because I am in desperate need of sleep.
