I haven't made it to the office yet. I had a 0940 doctor's appointment. And the doctor told me that we typically tend to carry stress in our backs and more importantly between the shoulder blades. That is where my pain is centralized and the doctor says it is because of stress and tension. But this isn't the only thing that is on my mind. I am just at a lost for words and I'm struggling at the moment....
