Endface is playing a 2 day ALL AGES music fest called "rock the border" at the summit park mall in niagara falls. Sat Aug.23rd and Sun. Aug. 24th. WE PLAY THE 24th ONLY. The headliner for our day of the fest is Default. if you don't know who that is go to Default on MP3.com.
These are the details. There are altogether 90 bands on this fest. 30 canadian bands and 50 american bands and a couple miscellaneous bands. Plus Klear, Stemm, Theory of a Dead Man, and Default.
Klear and Theory of a Dead Man are the headliners Saturday and Stemm and Default are the headliners Sunday. 40+ bands playing each of the two days. There is bmx, skate and blade demos, a halfpipe (i think), rock climbing, volleyball, outdoor BBQ, Beer garden, and food concessions. This festival is sponsored by 103.3 the edge, 92.9 WBUF, 97.7 HTZfm, Miller, Yamaha, and more. There will be punk, rock, "rock'nroll",
pop-ish, emo, bands, etc..
Time slots for the band playing depend on ticket sales. We are selling tickets and so does ticketmaster. They are $20 per festival day but we only are worried about people coming on sun so it'd be $20 for almost 50 bands american/canadian plus Stemm and Default (national band). ONLY GO DIRECTLY THROUGH US TO BUY TICKETS. $20 aint much since this show isn't for like 3 1/2 weeks. Plus what better to do on a sunday than go watch tons of bands, drink beer, eat good food and have fun?
If you are not interested then PLEASE tell other people to check it out. We are looking for as much support as possible. And if you don't like our band you will most definitely like other bands on the fest. So make a day out of it. Bring a skateboard(?) whatever.
