Just a few pictures to introduce everyone to two more new friends...
Giving Lavender a day off so can relax, I've decided to take up an offer to buy a horse from one of the human horse and pony breeders. The one I ended up with seemed to have chosen me before I could her. She is a pretty little brown and white pinto:
She was all ready paired up with a feisty black stallion and I was loathe to separate them. I know how I'd feel if someone were to yank me a million miles from my lifemate. So, in the end, after much bargaining with the breeder, I ended up with two instead of one. Plus the cost of care, which the gentleman was more than happy to provide for a reasonable price.
They don't have names just yet, but, I'm sure they'll come to name themselves in time.
