add to my beer list...
name three beers and describe them... the last you drank, your favorite, and any random one you would like to tell me about. i'll start.
last beer: sierra nevada pale ale. metallic hoppy finish, somewhat dry. i started drinking this with greg back when i was 22. i remember when i was a little kid, i tried it and hated it. later on, i realized that i enjoy bitter hops more than anything else in beer.
favorite: lagunitas IPA. sharp, sharp, metallic hops. slight floral undertones. if i had to drink one type of beer for the rest of my life, it would probably be sierra nevada. if i had to drink one beer before going to electric chair, it would be a lagunitas ipa. it has a good kick to it, and i would still taste hops as they pulled the switch.
random: morretti rosso. slightly hoppy with very dry finish. birra morretti is the first thing i ever drank in excess (a 40oz when i was a freshman in italy). although i didn't discover the red version until i went back after graduating highschool, it's far superior to either morretti or peroni lagers, which are only slightly better than american standards like bud.
