Oh man, what a day.
Woke up a little later than expected, played some Guitar Hero II, went and got a haircut (it is insanely short, but it's so much cooler now..<3 it), came home, Chris came shortly after.
We watched Batman Begins because he had never seen it...while the movie was playing, Mother put highlights in my hair and it looks freaking awesome. I really like it streaked blond.
Afterwards, Chris and I went to Sticky Fingers (yay, fries!) and then came back home. Saw the midnight showing of Dark Knight and OMFG AWESOME. The midnight crowd was amazing...we got there at 10:30 and the people showing up after 11 were literally standing in the middle of the parking lot. I tried to get Ryan O. and Han (who were with us, my massive Dark Knight showing kinda shrunk) to start judging random guys' looks, but they were not very cooperative. Fortunately, Chris was, and I think we rated every guy within a eighth-of-a-mile radius. One boy looked like a model. I stalked him and took cell phone pictures of him and called him Ten (he was a 10/10), though I had to lay off of it when Chris started getting jealous. Everyone in the theater very vocal. There was a TWILIGHT! preview before the movie started, and all of the girls in the theater started clapping and cheering, but then a Bond preview came on right afterwards and the guys responded much louder.
Umm...there's not really much I can say about the movie that hasn't already been said, but I'll say it again anyway: amazing. We stayed after the credits, but there wasn't a hidden scene. It was worth staying after anyway because when Heath Ledger's name came on screen, everyone in the room started clapping and most people stood up and whistled.
Chris spent the night, which was lovely even though he apparently had difficulty sleeping on the floor. I slept fine, though I did keep waking up because his arm was very sharp on my back. He had to get up at 7 to go register...I felt really bad for him because we didn't get in until after 3. He came back into my room after he showered to lie down again for a minute and told me "Just five minutes," and I said "Don't fall asleep," drifted off, then woke up a few minutes later, said "Don't fall asleep," again, then finally woke up at 7:40 with him passed out and supposed to be out of the house in 5 minutes.
I do feel like I really need a shower. I usually take showers at night and won't get in my bed unless I've had one, so we slept on the floor. I want to take one now, but my mom won't quit playing TV shows that I am interested inPeople Hung Out With: Chris, Ryan, Han
