I found the sewing machine~
I found the sewing machine! :D That..really didn't take as long as I thought it would. xD; I set my alarm for 7am and was planning to look for it for at least five hours. Instead, I spazzed 'cause alarm usually means school day. When I realized it wasn't a school day, I went back to sleep and didn't wake up 'til 11. >>; I went into the garage a few minutes ago and looked at one side of the garage. There were a LOT of boxes, so I stalled looking through them by checking the other side, and it was right in the corner, out in the open, on top of some other boxes. I swear I didn't see that there yesterday. o__o Yesterday I asked my mom if we had a sewing machine, then if she could teach me how to use it. She yelled at me for not taking home ec, so I took that as a no, but I think she actually looked for the sewing machine and put it somewhere I would see it. <3
Scary part was carrying it out of the garage, because my aunt's Mercedes was parked in there. I had to squeeze through the car and the garage wall, and the sewing machine was heavy. >_< It's kinda old, but it definitely beats paying $200 for a new one, and at least it's not as bad as my Grandma's. xD; I just wiped all the dust, spiders webs, and dead spiders off. Now I just need a light table I can carry into the spare room, move the sewing machine there, and learn how to use it. I'm afraid of using it now, because Tasha told me her sister had an accident with the sewing machine and had to get a cast. >___> Thanks for the encouragment.
I'm gonna eat breakfast and do my homework, then I'll get back to the sewing machine.
