Part of my brain seems to be shouting "Eat! Eat all the unhealthy things!"

I backslid on my diet last month due to stress eating. No way am I listening to that bullshit now.

"No! *slap* Shut up brain! You may have ONE soda today. You may have 3 sensibly sized nutrient dense meals and a couple of healthy snacks. No chocolate or chips for you! Bad brain! Very bad!"

So I'm still hovering around 212lbs right now. On the plus side the constant lifting, pushing, and pulling at work has improved my muscle density and tone so my actual amount of fat has decreased. I need to punch another hole in my belt so my pants won't fall down. Not getting any new clothes until I reach my target weight.
