I'm glad that essay helped.

Serph read poorly written heterosexual sex the other day, so right now; he kind of understands how sex works and why people have sex in general, but only to a very basic level. So until he actually practices sex (which is impossible here) Serph wouldn't get it. Besides, having sex with him would include partial gore. I think this maybe answers your question? Feel free to kick me if it didn't~. ♥

Let's see… Serph really likes Mikage. He thinks Mikage is a kind and friendly person, besides he didn't freak out after learning that Serph eats unusual things! And Mikage smiles a lot! ♥ So Serph feels comfortable around him and really likes the fact Mikage is willing to explain things to him~. In short Serph already considers Mikage as one of his comrades. o/

Like I replied back on the first impressions meme you did, she reminds him of Gale A LOT. So Serph tends to... listen to her and do what she says. Besides, Serph is free to dot around her without being forced to talk or feel uncomfortable, so that's a BIG, BIG plus to him. I think that's the reason, mostly.

Serph thinks Kousaka is… different than most people in camp, or at least, different from all the people he has met until now. Not only he offered himself to be eaten without any hesitation, he actually was curious about things and smiled a lot and, he truly caught Serph off-guard. Right now Serph likes him, even if they didn't talk all that much, but he left a very strong impression ( ... )
