I apologize to any whom have been struck by blindness and will be unable to read this. My name is Tomoe Hotaru and in light of the recent events I would like to offer my services as a healer. I am capable of healing anything physical provided it is nothing major.
I require nothing in return. I know for those suffering from the inability to feel there is a greater chance of injury.
