[Character name] Nill
[Age] 15
[Canon] DOGs: Bullets and Carnage
[Point in time taken from canon] CH 48

[Background]

It all started in the Underground and the things that took place there would make anyone scared. Experiments, bullets flying, anything imaginable took place down there. It’s easy to see those cute little wings on her back, they aren’t natural though, and they took the place of something very important to Nill. While being genetically altered she lost the ability to speak.

After the alterations took place, Nill became highly valuable in the Underworld. Being treated more like an animal than anything else, she was sold and traded, her fate seemingly sealed as a prostitute. Apparently, the man who was supposedly her pimp, was cruel enough to attempt to rape her to ‘teach’ her how to be a good fuck. She has seen how downright wretched the world can be, the core of monstrosities.

The first time Nill and Heine met, it had been a short and brief meeting. He didn’t seem to care about her until he saw the wings, a connection occurred as he discovered that they possessed similarities. Although the man and his men were able to escape with Nill, Heine went out of his way to grab Badou so they could rescue her. Being successful, she was brought to the Priest so he could take care of her. At first, Nill seemed to be afraid of him, but now it seems like they get along quite well.

Living with the Priest, Nill is usually in Lolita outfits because he thinks she looks positively precious in them. Although the girl is easily overwhelmed by things, she is rather grateful to be living with him, often seen in his church. Generally she stays within the church grounds and their home, as it is dangerous for someone like her to venture out alone.

[Personality]

Easily overwhelmed, there isn’t a bad bone in Nill’s body. Scary things will leave the girl shaking and hiding under a table for some time. Really, she doesn’t mean to be so frightened, but sometimes fear can bring back those inner demons, and it’s hard to stand when things are going too fast. Although this may seem a bit silly to some, with the past she has, it’s hard to see why sometimes she wouldn’t be afraid.

Nill is a kind and gentle person at heart. She would much rather have peace than chaos and wants her friends to be happy. Although she can’t speak, as the saying goes, actions speak louder than words. If you’re sad, she’ll be the first one to touch your cheek and smile at you gently. She is very concerned about her friends, and you would be too if all of them were out on the front lines. Trust me, she knows that what has to be done will be done. Oh, she knows that at times the only thing you can do is put a bullet into your enemy’s skull. The world they live in is cruel at times, and perhaps she understands that more than most.

Despite being kind, gentle, and at times very much afraid, Nill is strong in her own right. In the manga it is shown that she is quite agile and good at escaping. Even when all seems lost, Nill will try and break free and run away from her captors. As long as in the end she can see her friend’s faces, then everything will be alright, everything won’t fall apart.

Above all things Nill wants to be helpful. Sometimes she becomes frightened and it’s hard for her to calm down, but overall she’s a good kid. When you’re down she’ll try and hold you up with a smile. As long as you’re kind to her, she’ll return that kindness. Of course, don’t expect her to trust you right away. Nill knows that no matter how bright the smile, at times one will have ulterior motives and it is good to be aware of that. She isn’t one to automatically put her trust into you, and that isn’t meant to be offensive, it’s just a precaution she has learned to take. Of course, if you gain the girl’s trust then she wouldn’t trade you for the world. Despite the past she has a big heart and desires to help those she loves, even if it’s something small like sewing the little rips and tears on their jacket.

[Abilities]

Despite the cute little wings she doesn't have any superpowers. However, she's good at finding good hiding places and running.

[Sample post]

[First Person]

[The video feed blurs and fuzzes up a bit before focusing in on Nill. Her eyes are wide, frightened, and no words come from her lips. It’s clear though, you can practically feel the pure terror radiating off of her, even through the communicator it’s practically tangible. Oh no, oh no, all those scary doctors and now scary buildings. No Heine, no Naoto, no Priest. The little angel wings on her back are tense, twitching here and there.Little tears form in her eyes, little shoulders shaking as the feed blurs again.

It becomes apparent that she’s sitting on the ground, hiding behind some rubble. Her hand trembles before she slowly writes with a small, slender finger. ‘Heine?’ There’s a pause before she writes one final word. She needs to not be here, oh her arm really hurts too, and there’s the scary dead silence. Is everyone okay? Is everyone gone? ‘Help?’]

[Third Person]

Tiny white wings fluttered softly as the blonde worked. Stitch one, stitch two, and her hands trembled on stitch three. The last thing Nill wanted to do was make Heine’s clothing worse. There were so many rips and tears from battles fought and won. There were so many holes from bullets that would have killed any normal man, but Heine wasn’t normal. The dog inside Heine always healed him, always made the physical injuries go away, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t haunted by things. After all, she has seen those haunted memories in his eyes.

So, if only she could help just a little, then when they smiled his wouldn’t be such a tired one. For a moment her heart felt heavy. If the strange people in the underground were defeated then maybe… just maybe Haine wouldn’t have to be hurting anymore.

Nill’s eyebrows furrowed and she bit her lip, eyes nearly crossing in sheer concentration. The line she worked so hard to sew was uneven and sloppy. This wasn’t good at all, oh no, not at all! It would be bad to trouble Badou and ask for help. Now, she felt the tears that threatened to fall. She shook her head, grip tightening on the end of the needle so she wouldn’t drop it, lips pursed together.

If she wanted to be strong, then she couldn’t cry. She had to practice her sewing and try her best. Nill loved her friends very much. Loved their smiles, loved their voices, and she could feel her heart flutter in fear, because someday those voices may not be there. So she had to make them smile while she could. She just had to help, even if it was something small like this. Bit by bit, the hole reopened. It was okay to start anew, wasn’t it? If she could hold them up when they were down, if she could help with the small things, then everything would be alright, right?

[Why do you want to play this character in Somarium?] I really, really miss rping canon characters and the people here seem friendly. The setting also looks really fun, so I guess that’s what ;A;

[Which rule was your favorite and why?] No playercest, because playercest makes me sad :<

[Where did you hear about Somarium?] It’s all Felicity’s fault!

[Any questions?] Nein
