But for the previous owner to have saved enough money on the rent to afford the traps...another murder would have to have taken place previously to lower the house value... So basically it's a huge cycle of the houses owners being killed off. Presumably by people who want it to have lower rent rates. 0-0 Call the FBI.

Naw, I'ma move into that one now...At least any brutal murders that took place in there would be centuries old by now. And they would of been used to it then, times were bloody in those days. So I think I could get along with any ghostly castle inhabitants :D
