for the hek of it...
i'm trying to figure out how to decorate my apartment. see, the 2 metrosexuals across the street that i share mutual friends with have a really decked out apartment. i'm talkin really really nice. so i need mine to be better than theirs.
one guy thing that i have that can top them is i have a TON of really nice, expensive old sports memorabilia, like autographed muhammad ali boxing gloves and game-used baseball bats signed by the player, etc. i want to display this stuff, but i don't know how. i don't have any bookcases or anything.
i have like 12 or so signed boxing gloves that are really cool. i'm a big boxing fan. and i have these bats and a couple of game-used signed hockey sticks. does anyone have any idea of how i could display this stuff? or how i could hang it on the wall or something? i'm sure you've been to a restaurant before where they have this kind of stuff on the walls. how do they hang that stuff?
also, if you have any ideas of how i can top my neighbors' place, let me know. like one room i'm thinking is going to be guy-themed with sports memorabilia and ish like that, and then the other room is going to have a more adult mature grown-up classy kind of look, similar to what they have goin on. ideas are much appreciated.
