This Can't Be Monday

Seriously, guys, Mondays are supposed to suck. For some reason, to my great delight, today is not fitting the mold. Due to a series of teacher-absences, I got mods 9-14 off, which is roughly 2 hours of free time. During that time, I was able to eat my lunch, cram for a test, play dodgeball against a bunch of cheating under-classmen, got fitted for my graduation gown, and typed this post. If my english teacher turned out to be gone, I would have been home by about noon. Not only is that tight as hell, but the classes that were cancelled both had tests waiting for me (not that the Phys. Ed. one mattered much). To top it off, we went over what I'll need to know for calculus today, and the test tomorrow seems very do-able. Hopefully the rest of my day will go as well as the first half did.

Since I haven't posted in a while, I didn't post anything about the dance. Twas fun. I was still feeling a bit under the weather, so I wasn't my usual dance-happy self. But it's ok, maybe even an improvement in some people's eyes ~_^. However, I think by prom I should get myself a date that lives a little closer than Novi.

ACT went well on saturday morning despite the fact that I was still a little sick and exhausted from the dance. I think I did far better on my english sections and a bit better on my science sections. Math I kind of screwed up on. Oh well, life goes on. Hopefully I did better so I can get more money for college.

As we all know (for those getting out on break on friday) this week is going to be a bitch. It's taking a lot to stay focused, but other than that, I'm doing just fine. Got the Rockettes' singing thing tomorrow at 6:00 or so in the lobby of the Fox Theater. Most of the music we're doing is fun, so that should be good. I also have that singing thing for the hospital what-have-you at like 1:00 on Friday, which should be a nice segway into the break. I still have to get that money in for Focus:Hope for my homeroom before I get a Jug. I think I should probably get my Christmas shopping done this weekend, being that I probably missed all the cool sales and whatever to save me money already. I hope I can find time over the break to finish up Hitchhikker's guide so I can move on to another book. I wonder if I should move on to "One Flew Over The Coo Coo's Nest" or attempt the Wheel of Time Series again. Any thoughts? Aiight, with that, I'm out. Peace!
