A few observations

1) I should not partake in Extreme Dusting. I swear that it has caused me to develop allergies, because I never had them before. *sneezes*

2) When my phone company tells me that I get 1000 free minutes of overseas calling per month, they ought to specify that it does not include mobiles.

3) Counter-feminism would be so much more amusing if there weren't people in the world who eat up that tripe. By not wanting children, I am not being damaged by the feminist movement; I am exercising my right of personal choice. There are more than enough people in the world. And, I'm truly happy for you that you enjoy housework that much, but I don't. Much of my life, to first my mother's and then Boyfriend's dismay, has been spent coming up with creative and innovative ways to make other people do it for me.

And, no, my communication problems with my mother have nothing to do with her "not being there for me" because she was too busy working; they are there because her mother-gasp! a housewife!-was crushed out of communication and rebellion her entire life and her father uses money to express feeling, and thus had no example of how to interact with others on an emotional level. She is far from perfect, but she's always been there when I needed her. Even if she didn't know what to say.

That cycle of violence and repression is the result of 'traditional family values'.
