things that made me happy this week
1) I found skinny jeans that actually fit properly, which is quite the feat. And they are absurdly comfortable and non-restrictive. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who wants jeans, ever. I might even die in them.
2) This song (the same performance is on the Amanda Palmer Goes Down Under album, but I was so happy to find the video). That man's voice causes delightful swoonage:
3) Staying up until 5am drinking wine and watching Battlestar Galactica/Downton Abbey/Jekyll/etc. with friends.
4) Cherry blossoms EVERYWHERE!
5) Silly nights out with large groups of friends, which is what I have to look forward to tonight. I have promised to wingman for a friend who just broke up with his fiancée, and, as I am an excellent wingman (not to brag or anything), I have high hopes for him being cheered up by this excursion. Perhaps it will also cheer me!
At the moment, I am trying to restrain myself from going shopping. Still, vitally important informal poll:
