Then I should probably correct the typo just so there's no confusion--meant post book 7, not six. But you probably knew that...

Snape/Ginny is one of those few rare pairs even rarer than Ron/Pansy...

I adore Snape/Ginny, or at least in concept. The best known story in the ship, at least back when I was actively looking for Sninny to read, featured a rose petals and velvet curtains Snape and a student!Ginny, which I withstood for the sake of the fascinating pairing. And now that we have canon Snily, Ginny makes quite a bit of sense.

I adored GinnyDarkside's Snape/Ginny (and anything I've read by her period, including a Ginny/Pansy). Her I Wish I Were in Slytherin (on FA) is imo the pairing's Falling Further In. At one point I did a read of every Snape/Ginny I could find and rec'd what I liked on KIA (that's a couple of years old though, pre-DH)

And you're right--post-DH you'd think there'd be all sorts of possibilities for those two, not just because of canon Snily but because of that year Snape was headmaster and Ginny was a student at Hogwarts.

And unlike most SSHGers (I almost said "former" SSHGer because these days I just can't make myself read it or any HP, I've gotten that sick of it) I like Weasleys--and Ginny.
