ooh, I'm amazed at what you can do in two hours.

I'm randomly imagining Harry and Skywarp having a teleportation contest, now. I think I'm over tired. :P

Thank you! I really used every single minute of those 2 hours.

*lol* That would be a sight! Or Skywarp meeting the Weasley twins... mischief just got intergalactical.

There are so many awesome possible scenes... Just what would the boggart of Optimus turn into? Or Megatron? Starscream? Would that Seeker see a mini-Megatorn - or something else entirely?

Wish granted! Well, partially. Kenya Starflight came out with four oneshots, and while they're mostly focused on Fred, George, Sunstreaker, and Sideswipe, they do meet Skywarp in the second story. In order, the fics are "Four's a Crowd," "Double the Fun," "For Love of the Game," and "Stronger Than Magic." Here's her profile link:

Now that my message has been delivered, I really enjoyed this fic! You got an older-and-wiser Harry pretty much spot on, and I find the idea of the poor guy getting tossed this responsibility absolutely fascinating.

Oh, and I too am impressed that you managed to pound this out within the time limit. (Man, I have got to start speedwriting again...) I don't suppose that you have any follow ups planned?

I read the first, so funny! Thank you for linking it, I hadn't known it before and it is so readworthy. Those two twin sets make a hilarious cast!

Thanks. :) I would write more in a hearbeat, but I am currently occupied with a few other projects. Still, I love both fandoms so the change is high I just write more.
And those two fandoms just have both so much potential...

I was impressed by myself as well. ^^ In the end I had 10 minutes left, which I used to correct a few sentences, but that was all.

I would love to see you speedwriting again. It's always fun and really productive often.

My pleasure! I totally agree, and Kenya is an excellent authoress.

Aside from the fact that I rarely get bitten by sequel!bunnies, I understand the conundrum. If you do manage to write more, I'll be happy to read it!

Since I'm not sure if it's specifically stated in the rules or not (ignorance is bliss!), I personally consider "finishing touches" and "final polishing" to be something I can do after time's up. Part of that is my perfectionist tendencies, and part of it is philanthropy; I'm not going to subject readers to something I'm not satisfied with.

Well, I'm definitely planning on starting again; there are even a few old prompts that I will eventually post, come Hell or high water. I just have a bunch of other stuff that I have to/would rather do instead, like RL and the forty-odd plunnies already hopping through my head.

Very excellent. :) *reading through the third piece at the moment*

Usually I'm not that much a sequel person too. But Aftermath just... exploded into a whole universe, where everyone had a story to tell. So I'm still contemplating of writing all those personal stories seperated, or to just throw it all down and go epic.

I do some finishing touches afterwards too, but mostly try to avoid it. I try to use speedwriting as a method to be more satisfied with what I write. :/ Usually I'm always like: No, this is not perfect, and this isn't and look at that, this has to be rewritten entirely!

Old prompts can be addicting. I love to read them too. Forty-odd plot bunnies, those I know. And they keep multiplying.
