NOTIFICATION

I hereby announce that I condemn CI YAOI - http://community.livejournal.com/ci_yaoi - for what they are doing. They steal download links and files from scanlation groups, post and reshare the files without permission from the groups. They have no respect whatsoever to the people who buy ( Read more... )

Hi again!

That's why I think they really do it on purpose to gain some attention!!
I hope I'm not totally wrong, but for groups like ci yaoi it's not a way to exist a long time and that most of the people which come there through coincidence will notice soon enough and rather go to the legitimate place where the really ones are who also can give competent answers or explanations to their works.

I can't think that it's much fun to upload files there through middleman, only that those goupleaders can have their douptful joy!!
As what I could see on mangatraders is, that they have less and less additions and that it's getting harder for them. Maybe the day when they can't proceed is coming sooner or later like it was with #lurk on irc.

Hey, don't underestimate yourself, your work is great, it's the most delight to read the nearest accurate translation and exactly this is what scanlators do. Personally I think that people which reading should effort their brains themselves a little too, since the scanlations are all the best one can get to read.

^^ At the time when I couldn't get an anime here (like more than 12 years ago...) in my language, let alone my most favorite, I watched some with subs (I think hongkong?!), there I had to use all my fantasy to collect the plot together out of the pictures, keywords and listening to the japanese intoniation, but it worked really fine it wasn't that hard to follow in the end. Since then I always prefer the original language with subs, it's much better than any dub.
