NOTIFICATION

I hereby announce that I condemn CI YAOI - http://community.livejournal.com/ci_yaoi - for what they are doing. They steal download links and files from scanlation groups, post and reshare the files without permission from the groups. They have no respect whatsoever to the people who buy ( Read more... )

Hi,

oh no, actually I'm delighted to get a reply and you're right to make sure to yourself!! You know, I'm very happy that you'd approve me to your scanlation community at the time as I requested for membership!!

In the beginning as all changed and moved to LJ because of those ruthlessly people I thought that they would loose the energy to collect and upload other community's hard works, but those which do this seem to make it like a sportiv activity to themselfs and think their great in doing so. If they have so much time on hand, why can't they use it to do something constructive on their own???
Also it's so outrageous to announce others releases as their own, I only hope that all faith- and thankful readers are noticed on the spot, and are so angry about them like I am, they are the ones which make it all so hard for scanlators and also for readers who are more than happy to be able to read all those wonderful manga series or djs. which would be forever lost for someone like me without help.
I never had so much joy in a hobby before as to be able to read these beautiful works, it's the same with the animes.

Therefore I really hope that the true readers will always go to the real scanlator or group which give them these invaluable gifts because they want to make other's happy by giving them the chance to read!!!

I also don't think how they can have so much energy to collect and share things against the will of the scanlation groups. And that they even think that it is their good right to upload anywhere they want (e.g. mangatraders - I will never use a site like that!) because groups closed their community. Those people are one of the reason why the groups are forced to do such things. -__-
But most of the readers are condemning the behavior of groups like CI YAOI and that's a good thing. I don't want to become paranoid and suspect everybody.
You're right that manga and anime is such a great hobby and we shouldn't let us spoil the party. ^_^ I am perhaps not good(really bad translation skills XD) but I am doing my best for the readers. Isn't it a great thing to make people happy? ^_^

Hi again!

That's why I think they really do it on purpose to gain some attention!!
I hope I'm not totally wrong, but for groups like ci yaoi it's not a way to exist a long time and that most of the people which come there through coincidence will notice soon enough and rather go to the legitimate place where the really ones are who also can give competent answers or explanations to their works.

I can't think that it's much fun to upload files there through middleman, only that those goupleaders can have their douptful joy!!
As what I could see on mangatraders is, that they have less and less additions and that it's getting harder for them. Maybe the day when they can't proceed is coming sooner or later like it was with #lurk on irc.

Hey, don't underestimate yourself, your work is great, it's the most delight to read the nearest accurate translation and exactly this is what scanlators do. Personally I think that people which reading should effort their brains themselves a little too, since the scanlations are all the best one can get to read.

^^ At the time when I couldn't get an anime here (like more than 12 years ago...) in my language, let alone my most favorite, I watched some with subs (I think hongkong?!), there I had to use all my fantasy to collect the plot together out of the pictures, keywords and listening to the japanese intoniation, but it worked really fine it wasn't that hard to follow in the end. Since then I always prefer the original language with subs, it's much better than any dub.
