(no subject)
So, what's going on today? I asked for a couple of days off from work to catch up with my other chores and relax. My current job is not only very boring, but it really doesn't fit my personality. For me customer service is mundane and mentally draining. I don't like to deal with other people's emotions, but especially those of strangers'.
Luckily, there is a way out of this tedious "black hole." Tomorrow I will attend an interview for a business analyst position that I am very interested. I have spoken to the man who is getting promoted and needs a replacement about the nature of the job. After that encounter I knew I would not only be suitable for the position, but I will also enjoy it. The best thing of all is that it is the same company where I work, but I won't have to deal with customers. Wish me luck!
On other news, I am working on one of my hobbies which is writing. There is a character that I created over 10 years ago called "Silas Brontë" for fun, but I never really developed his personality. During the last few weeks I have been writing a page about his personality. These are just ideas that came into my head.
My character is roughly based on my personality, but he is more extroverted, talkative, and more impulsive. I didn't want to make him exactly like me. Where is the fun in that?
