Problems With Billing With Live Journal
Before I begin this, I wish to share a bit of information that I received in my account when I went into check my balance this morning. You will see that I was a little hot if not very angry that they had to decided to remove not one, not two, not three, but four times that they had removed money from my account. This letter is the exact the same letter that was sent to them and I felt that I wished to share this with everyone because this is a travesty. I hope that this will ever happen to anyone ever ever again and hopefully this will open a few eyes.
To Whom This May Concern:
On March 30, 2008, I had missed resetting up my account from a paid account to a paid account. At that time, I was told that I would only be charged a total of $2.00 American, to do so. To make a long story short, I have been hospitalized and have not have had the opportunity to have access to the computer during my stay. Further I have had to move to a new address and I didn't have the correct information to input into your system, it took a total of 4 times before your service picked up the transaction. I understand that these things happen but you have to understand that I, being a person that is under limited income due to a disability, that amount of this much can make a bit of a difference in one's life. Please refer to the enclosed information that shows the old and new addresses.
