2006 has started out REALLY weird.
-Ryan and I broke up. We both pretty much knew it was coming, so it wasn't bitter. I plan on remaining friends with him, but the drama between the time that we got together and the time that we broke up was just too much to handle.
-The New Years kiss that took his place was a really sweet guy. He's a friend of a friend, goes to William and Mary. I'm not in the mood for a shotgun rebound, or a rebound at all. But he's visiting next week and I want to see him. I guess I'll just see where this takes me. Much like everything else in my life.
-While back in Harrisonburg for work, I went to a party where the majority was people I graduated high school with. NEVER AGAIN. I remember why I don't have a lot of friends still that I went to high school with. One tried to hook up with me and would not take no for an answer, so I ended up having to call a cab to get back to my own place, two others got in a screaming match that was just ridiculous. When you hang out with people from high school, some of them are bound to still be stuck in high school.
So done with people for awhile.
