Okay, so everyone knows I've had this crush on this guy at work for a while now. It was a small crush before, silly and dumb. The guy with the baby & girlfriend.
Well, damnit, I can't stop liking him! Dude.. he's seriously everything I want in a guy. We picked up lunch together today, and he was telling me how things aren't good with his lady, and they will probably break up within the year. All I wanted to do was scream "YES!!!! DO IT!!!! Date meeeeeeee!!" Buuuuuut.. instead, I told gave him advice & told him I hoped everything works out, but if it doesn't.. life will eventually get better. He's pretty insistant that they won't work out. I'm not trying to play homewrecker here by any means. That's just sleezy, and not my style. But if they happen to break up... I certainly wouldn't complain :)
We have so much in common, it's ridiculous. We can talk shit to eachother, but at the same time, be incredibley nice. He is a really nice guy to everyone. He likes vintage style! Not rockabilly - vintage. Just like me!! We both enjoy that classic, Humphrey Bogart/Lauren Bacall look. Classy, not trashy. He's from Michigan.. just like meeeeeee! He was singing to me in the car, and I wanted to fucking MELT. It was to gay maroon 5, but it didn't even matter! Ahhhhhhhh!!!
I haven't had butterflies like this since DOUG. I haven't felt like this since Doug. I know I need to stop. He has a girlfriend!
But I like him so much :(
