It's all good. I totally understand. But I consider you a friend in a way so that shouldn't mean that I can't talk or hang out with you cuz OMG I live with Doug, y'know?

But yeah, I got pretty hammered. Luis's brother bought me a bottle of tequila as a present so 3 shots later and I'm horribly singing Stray Cats' Look At That Cadillac, with half the lyrics slurred.

I totally agree. I consider you a friend, too, and I'm not going to let stupid ex boyfriend drama bother that! :) Even though we agreed to be friends, and talk from time to time now. I think it's much better this way. there's no hard feelings (at least on my end), we just don't work as a couple. And that's cool with me, as long as we can still remain friends, because he means a lot to me as a person. I really would have gone if I didn't see the invite so late :( If he had a problem with it, that's his own immature deal, not ours.
