I hope the fact that the oil gush is successfully capped means a turn-about for the disaster. What was it, 87 days of toxic oil and dispersants freely gushing into the Gulf? After almost three months that didn't have to happen if there were laws about oil companies having to drill back-up wells the same time they drill the first, after some 94 to 180 or so million gallons of oil in the water, it's not over yet.
