Did everyone else know that Katee Sackhoff just recently fought cancer? I totally don't remember hearing about it. D: I'm glad to hear that it's in remission though! ♥
Pretty Little Liars has been picked up by ABC Family for a 10-episode season. I don't think I'm going to watch it but I'm just happy that Alexis Denisof has a regular job again. :D (SCI FI Wire did a short interview with Alexis about it earlier this month.)
Rex Is Not Your Lawyer hasn't been picked up for the spring season. :/ It could still be picked up this fall... maybe.
This is the kind of stunt casting that I love; casting spoiler for an upcoming Bones episode!
And this casting tidbit might be even better than that! ♥ Chuck will be getting a visit from two fantastic actors later this season. (I don't want to spoil it because, if you want to see it 'fresh', it'll be awesome.)
Matt Ryan (from The Tudors & Torchwood) has been cast in the Criminal Minds spinoff.
I've been tuning out Smallville stuff lately because, ugh, diehard Chloe fan here & all but this interview Justin Hartley did with TV Guide (relationship/storyline spoilers!) perked my ears up a bit!
Nicholas Hoult has been cast in the Mad Max reboot/remake.
Paul Gross talked to CTV News about his career, including a little about Eastwick & Gunless.
Supernatural's Ghostfacers have been given their own webseries. :D
Kevin Falls is writing the Powers pilot; Falls was the creator of Journeyman, a show I really enjoyed. \o/
Allison Janney's calendar is getting full! Already cast in Showtime's Shameless pilot (with William H Macy & Emmy Rossum), she has joined Matthew Perry's ABC pilot Mr. Sunshine.
John Barrowman has joined Desperate Housewives for at least 5 episodes.
The first episode of Ultradome is online. Milo is awesome! XD (I have no idea if this is available outside the US or not.)
A Jack Sparrow-centric Pirates of the Caribbean? Yeah, I could go for that. :D
TNT is awesome! They've picked up Jason Lee's Delta Blues, Rizzoli & Isles (the Angie Harmon & Sasha Alexander crime drama), & Noah Wyle's sci-fi drama (that still needs a title). They've each received an order for ten episodes.
AMC has picked up Walking Dead, a pilot about a zombie apocalypse.
Kick-Ass needs to be out noooooow.
I was kinda excited about the movie adaptation of Priest... until I found out that they've changed the entire story! D:

The first series of Merlin will be released on DVD in North America on April 20th.
