I'd apologise for this being late (again), but that's getting to be old meme. :/ It's a never-ending cycle! I post an update, think that I'll stay on top of things, things invariably get piled up, & then it takes me ages to get the next one written up. I guess I'll just post these things when I post 'em. *sigh*

Doctor Who & Torchwood are the likely cause of the increase of UFO sightings in Wales. :D

Paris now calls Seattle home -- Liza Weil of Gilmore Girls will be appearing in the Grey's Anatomy season finale; it'll air May 14th.

Trust Me has been cancelled, which I was expecting because of Eric picking up a pilot but it's nice to have confirmation.

Drake & Josh's Allison Scagliotti has joined the cast of Warehouse 13. (I always love it when the resident computer geek is a girl. I might actually give this show a chance. <3)

This has already made the rounds, but I have to mention it anyways. ;) Leonard Nimoy will be guest-starring on Fringe; he's set to appear in the season finale (airing May 12th) & several episodes of the next season.

Mark Bomback will be adapting The Umbrella Academy into a movie; he's previously worked on Constantine & Race to Witch Mountain.

Xander Berkeley has joined the cast of Day One.

The author of Pride & Prejudice & Zombies already has a new book in the works, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

The third Stargate SG-1 movie has been greenlit; this one will be O'Neill-centric! :D

Amanda Tapping & Michael Shanks are now confirmed as appearing in an episode each of Stargate Universe; I bet Christopher Judge is just waiting for the phone call. :P

It looks like the Stargate Powers-That-Be have learned from the mistakes they made with SGA. Ming-Na's character on SGU is a lesbian; her partner is listed as a possibly recurring character.

And, speaking of Stargate Atlantis, the cover art for season 5 has been released.

The second (and probably final D:) season of Reaper will be released on DVD on June 9th.

TV Shows on DVD has details on everything that's included on The Middleman DVD release.

If you have an extra $280 to spend, you'll be able to pick up the complete frakkin' series of Battlestar Galactica in July.

The cover art for Eureka s3 looks neat; it comes out on June 30th.

Ed Quinn has joined the cast of True Blood.

And Evan Rachel Wood will appear on True Blood late in the season; if the series is renewed for s3, her role will likely be expanded.

The Colour of Magic will be released on DVD on July 14th.

During the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Paley panel, an update was given on Boldly Going Nowhere -- it's 'still being kicked around'. That doesn't sound encouraging. :/

The fourth season of The Tudors will be its last.

The Amazing Race has been renewed for a 15th season.

Jennifer Jason Leigh will be guest-starring for at least 2 episodes in the upcoming season of Weeds; the season starts on June 8th.

Ugly Betty will be returning to the air early; the first new episode will air on April 30th.

And Adele will be appearing as herself on Ugly Betty in a May episode.

The season finale of Ugly Betty will air on May 21st & a familiar face is returning -- Ausiello reveals the who & the why.

Monica Potter has joined the cast of Parenthood.

David Slade will be directing Eclipse.

Angelina Jolie & Patricia Cornwell are working together to develop a Kay Scarpetta movie.

Project Runway will premiere on Lifetime on August 20th.

Angels & Demons hasn't even premiered yet & a third The Da Vinci Code/Robert Langdon movie has been ordered.

Kings has been pulled from the schedule until June; it'll start back up on June 13th.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will be appearing in Terminator Salvation, albeit in a computer-generated capacity.

Next year's season of Heroes will be shorter than this year's by at least 5 to 7 episodes.

The pilot for A Game of Thrones will be filmed in Northern Ireland.

If Persons Unknown gets a full season order, Robert Picardo will be a recurring cast member. He'll appear in the 13th/last episode of the initial order.

Michelle Trachtenberg was given her role in 17 Again because she had absolutely no chemistry with Zac Efron. :P (I don't know what it says about me that now I kinda want to watch the movie to see if the producers are right about that...)

Primeval is being adapted into a movie.

Joss Whedon has officially denied that rumour about the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie. Yay! (I had thoughts about that rumour and... none of them were particularly kind. :P)

ABC's early pickups should surprise no one: AFV (♥), The Bachelor, Brothers & Sisters, Dancing With the Stars, Desperate Housewives, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Private Practice, Supernanny, Ugly Betty, & Wife Swap (♥).
