Over at the Times Online, there is
an interview with Patrick Stewart. A lot of it focuses on his life and his stage career, but there are a few bits about Star Trek, of course. (I'm sitting here with a huge grin on my face over the fact that not only did Jonathan Frakes recommend that he watch Galaxy Quest but Stewart calls it 'one of my all-time favourites'.)
This article about the whole editing process for Pushing Daisies is more than a little technical but it's worth a read for the hardcore fan. There are a lot of little details I find fascinating; like how they spent 17 days filming the pilot, which end up as about three minutes of show per day, or how the pilot had 96 optical effects and the first episode had 190!
This is a few days old but I must link it anyways:
Lucy Lawless talked to iF Magazine about Battlestar Galactica. There are spoilers for her past appearances on the show & the article reveals at least one big spoiler from the upcoming season so be aware of that. (I think the article is linkable even if it is old news for this line, Look, I keep telling Tahmoh Penikett to put some undies on. I’m tired of him sauntering around and flashing everyone. ;))
And that's all I've got for the moment. (Trying to get caught up on all the news I've missed is driving me insane. I'm a person who likes to be on top of things & knowing that there is tons of stuff I don't know ... argh. I need a newsfeed in my brain or something.)
