I'm a big fan of Unshelved. It's got book meta, bad customers patrons, & Dewey is my second favourite fictional librarian after Giles. And this strip is a prime example of why Unshelved is so awesome.

Lost might not be the best show on the air, but I think Kristen might have made a mistake turning it down. It's certainly more popular than VM (in terms of the general tv audience) & it wouldn't been a nice way to get her face out there. I really hope this Broadway thing she's been talking about works out for her.
Oh, I think that the new edition is definitely worth buying; the goodies are awesome ... but Joss has said that the only reason we're getting them is because the original version sold so well. (Then the DVD came and they took me aside and said "We can't keep these things on the shelf. We want to do a special edition." ) And I just wish that Joss would've had the guts to put that kind of stuff on the original edition. :/ But yeah, nature of the business & all. And if I ever get a spare $20, I'll probably buy it. :( I just hate having to buy basically the same thing twice; it's so wasteful.
