Looking for Variety
because Variety is the spice of life!
How exactly does one get closure, when there isn't a good opportunity for closure?
Time and patience, I presume.
Anyhow.......
Wednesday was a blah day, with me not feeling well.
I'm just worn out, emotionally and physically. Not sure what to attribute it too, but I have my ideas...well, multiple ideas.
Softball was scheduled, and still set to happen even with the heavy rain and t-storms. Of course, right when our game was supposed to start, they cancelled it. Hell if I know how/when they will reschedule the damn thing.
--So, played darts at RJ's, hung out and talked with Tommy about people and relationships. Then made a guest appearance in Ferndale and finally caught up with Steve Konkle (who I guess was very sick), his bf Ben and Doug. They did some damn fine karaoke and then feed me my first slice of Como's Pizza. Yum.
Now it has simply been back to the grind of work. Different hours today and tommorrow, so I am adjusting. Then, I hope to find a way to enjoy my Saturday night.... and hope to feel better for Sunday softball!
