(no subject)
Found out today that my afternoon job, which I love ... may be
ending. It all depends on what the principal decides to do.
I've invested so much, if she decides to hire someone else for my
position, they'll have to coach the volleyball team, do the literacy
program, organize the computer program, and help out with the
kindergarteners. That's a hell of a lot to do when you're only
there for the afternoon ... and I do it all. However there is an
up side if I don't get the position, my afternoons will be free once
again for me to do whatever I want, PLUS I'm still an emergency
replacement teacher. And I found out from my pay stub that it
pays a whopping $142.49 PER HOUR!!!! *sigh* ya, that was a nice
discovery FOR SURE!
Training the boys to do 4-2 offensive court formations. It's hard, especially when they look at me with those "dumbfounded" expressions that can only mean one thing ... they're truly dumbfounded. They'll get it eventually, that is ... if I still hold my job. If not, they'll do fine. They may not know how to work as a team, but individually speaking, they're all good players.
Deadlines for teacher's college is fast approaching ... must get that done. I should probably write out my OWN "things to do" list ... but I'd only ignore it and waste a whole lot of space that could be used for babbling on and on about OTHER useless things.
Watched Naruto tonight, couldn't help myself ... CRAZY!!!! On episode 97 now ... Naruto is soooooo cool, *sigh* I want to be a ninja. with blond hair. blue eyes. in an orange jump suit ... oh shit, I sound like Charlize Theron from Monster or Karla Holmolka. Perhaps not.
Tomorrow's going to be a long ass day. Wake up @ 6:30am ... leave the Y @ 9pm. Can I make it? Tune in next time to know whether I collapsed in the morning, afternoon or drowned in the evening.
