Jun 22, 2017 14:55

As I said in my last entry I am willing to share my links to blogposts. I can't cross posts and copying and pasting here is just too much work. But linking here works a whole lot better.
If you'd like to keep seeing these here then let me know. Also if you want to discuss anything, here is fine as well.

Dancing Out of May 2017

Every month I post a wrap up of the books I've read, how things are going with some of my goals, what I watched and how I have been doing. This month I had a great reading month for me.

Diverse Books I Recently Added To My Wishlist a.k.a Goodreads
Every Tuesday I participate in the Top Ten Tuesday which is a weekly meme. We get a topic each week to make a list about. For this week I decided to focus on diverse book as diversity is such an important topic in the book community at the moment.

Every Heart a Doorway (Waywards Children 1) by Seanan McGuire

Every Heart a Doorway is a novella that tells the story of those kids that return back to Earth after having gone through a portal to another world. What happens to those kids that don't get to stay in the new world?

Bloodfever (Fever 2) by Karen Marie Moning
The second Fever book I read incredibly quickly. Unfortunately I thought there were unnessecary triggers in this book like rape. In my review you can find a link to my review of the first book as well.

Books Ever After Secret Summer Swap
On Goodreads I am apart of the Dutch Goodreads group Books Ever After and for this Summer I participated in a secret summer swap. Here you can see the unboxing of my package! And it was great.

Bookshelf Tour 2017 - Part 1
Every year I show my bookshelves on my blog. To see how they change over time. This year the tour is divided in 5 parts!

Bookish Gift Ideas for the Non-Reading Father
Father's Day was this June. Both my own father and my husband are not very big readers. For that reason I made this list.

Ewan Pendle and the White Wraith by Shaun Hume
Ewan Pendle is considered a bit weird. Until he is shipped away to a new school where everyone can see what he sees. Monsters!

Locke & Key (volume 1 to 6) by Joe Hill
Locke & Key is a graphic novel that focuses on the Locke family that has just moved to the key house with their uncle after a traumatising event.
