1st July - The official launch date, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) corporatised into CA (authority) and CO (corporate). Authority being the in charge of the regulatory system while, Corporate, the operation of Changi Airport. Thus, this shall be a new chapter to the history of Changi Aiport that is taking off in a new direction. The event that was embraced by Guest-of-Honour, MM Lee Kuan Yew lasted throughout the whole afternoon at Terminal 3. I am very grateful to have been part of this big event. The experience that i get working with the changi airport group staff (airport op team), the grid team and also getting to meet international government officials is definitely something that i'll never forget. Because, honestly, working with an arts company and government body events is extremely different. The way things are run. The way things are made organised. The way you speak and present yourself. It's totally different. Everything has to be perfect. Everything has to be the best.
The girls and i made full use of the aiport pass. So we didn't leave transit till almost 10pm even though the event ended earlier than it's supposed to. Haha. Very wise. We spent our time hanging around at probably - at that point of time - the most comfortable sofas ever. This is highly due to the lack of strength our shoulders and feet were starting to give us even before the event was over. We just sunk into the seats and everything was just, perfect. We managed to catch Music & Lyrics too at the movie theatre. Ahhhh..... How nice. I love T3. Cause it's not that crowded. And i hate crowds.
12 hours on the ball. In my Everbest heels. Crafting the friendliest smile i could ever give.
What a day i might say. But after getting the $$$, OUH, what an amazing way to end the day. Haha.
