I'm from Japan, but it's a small town--most people wouldn't know of it.

Really? That's a relief! I didn't think anyone from Japan would be here, since we're so far away from there...

I'm from Tokyo. There are a few other people from Japan as well, like my friends Watanuki-kun and Doumeki-kun!

That's quite a lot of Japanese people...I was thinking I'd be the only one!

I've always wanted to visit Tokyo, but never got the chance to. Our school had a field trip there for certain kids, but I never qualified.

I'll make sure I do--I'll try and see if my parents are willing to take me there someday. Maybe I'll even be allowed to get a vacation from this place for a little bit!
