Could you tell me which overrides/style you're using? :O

I just looked at your journal, and you're using Flexible squares. :o That's a good thing, because you can use headers in FS. Although, I'd recommend switching to S2, because it's easier to code, considering you'll need to change the width of the journal so it fits the banner. :O

Past this into the custom CSS box.

padding-top:389px;
}

Also, switch the width of your journal to 750 so it fits. :3
