Possum Wars
I put up with fruit throwing - some of the limes were even edible and I even put up with the glaring and fence sitting but not my baby tomato plants - barely out of the nursery. So there's several options - netting, killing ( my mother's suggestion) or sneaky killing (my aunties' suggestion) or training the dog to be a ruthless possum deterent.
But it has got it to stop - my plants have enough problems surviving me, let alone possums.
