1. Reply to this post with "UNICORNS", and I will pick five of your icons.
2. Make a post (including the meme info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon glee.
(Well, I'm not sure about never-ending, but I'll take my diversions where I can get them.)
This is
Tiny Moo, my oldest and roundest cockatiel.
Here's a gallery of him and his brethren, and he has his own webcam at
TinyMoo.com, which will occasionally be obscured or taken down for...practical purposes.
Where can you see lions?
Only in Kenya! Holy crap. Lions!
I can't remember when I first found this cat picture, but it's been ~3-4 years, much longer than
this, which is the biggest similar image I can find. There's nothing not to love about this cat; his posture, his eyes, his massive bloated kittytummy are all just so perfect and so human. (And he looks like my cat Ralph from when I was growing up. Actually he looks like three Ralphs stapled together.)
This is a 3D model done by one of my f-list for a then-proposed Invader Zim action figure collection based on the episode "Invasion of the Saucer Morons" (
part one,
part two, or jump straight to the quote without context
here). It's an exercise in hilarity and surrealism and non sequiturs which culminates in the call to action in the icon. Apparently the action figure/accessory was never made (or I can't find any), but there's
plenty of merchandising based around that singular pig appearance (I confess, I have a t-shirt)....
I confess I was probably the only person to like (heh) Wendy's "ranch tooth" commercials (
first one here,
second one here). And it turns out to be probably the best icon possible when blogging about dental-related disasters, of which I have many, obviously. Even with all the work I've had done, I think I still have my ranch tooth.
