The Friday Five (on Sunday night because it was a busy weekend)
1. What is your favorite thing to drink on a hot day? Anything cold with soda water. I have a soda stream machine that gets used A LOT in the summer. Usually it's just a splash of lemon added to the soda, but lately I have been drinking a lot of switchel. It's easy to make and very refreshing.
2. What superstitions do you have? I honestly can't think of any. I'm a pretty rational person.
3. What is your favorite pen to write with and why? When I can get it, a pen with a nice cushion where my middle finger sits. I tend to grip too tight so get calluses on that finger. Also, it should have blue ink, not too thick and not too fine, and gel pens are better than ballpoint. But really, I'm not fussy 😭.
4. What books have you read or been reading during the Pandemic? I have been rereading the Harry Potter books, interspersed with random things off my bookshelf that I want to read and then give away.
5. MTV has decided to resurect playing music videos and they've decided to give you a two-hour space to program your favorite music on air. What do you air? The best ballet solos? White noise? Can you tell I'm not an MTV person?
