celeb to binbo taro
This is different. Sort of awesome but different. To be honest I wasn't glued to my chair and I wasn't always that keen to keep watching, but this show has that catch. That one thing that won't be revealed or happen to the end so if you wanna know what's up you have to keep watching.
Which was actually okay.
Keeping watching that is, because although the show was a bit over the top and difficult at times, as well as glossing over some issues, it was fun. Simply fun. And to tell the truth I really enjoyed how the love story happened.
I also found the comparison of rich to poor interesting, if not heart breaking. And Taro relationship with his children was wonderful and touching, and the little girl was only a tad annoying otherwise completely adorable. I felt Alice's addition to the mix was glossed over a bit, the kids I felt loved her by the end but I would have appreciated seeing her put in the 'mother' role more, just because I assumed that was how it would be in the future.
On the whole, worth watching I believe, with an enjoyable and suspenseful love story. With a little age difference - which I enjoy. A family comedy and drama, something if you want to watch a little more than a bit of romance.
Premise: Wealthy daughter of a hotel chain mogul meets poor widowed father of three. Despite their vastly different values and beliefs, will their chanced encounter blossom into something more?
Genre: Comedy, romance
Status: Eleven eps.
