This may be awfully presumptuous of me, but I was hoping to ask a favor of you. I'm arranging a memorial of sorts for Mandy on Saturday evening. Originally it was just going to be for us at the house, with maybe one or two others, but now I've seen how many people have spoken up about what happened to her - I thought maybe we ought to open it up to anyone wanting to come.
Only trouble is, we simply don't have room to accommodate very many people at Spinner's End. So I was hoping you might be willing to host it. It'd be all outside, and we'd take care of everything, it's just the space we don't have.
Feel free to say no if it's not convenient, and please make sure it's all right with your housemates too - I'd've written to them, but I scarcely know Ron Weasley and I felt odd about contacting him out of the blue. But if you would be willing to do this, we'd be in your debt. I mean, more in your debt.
