Diet

Last week I decided once and for all that I need to loose my pregnancy weight (and preferably a bit more since I was on the large side when I got pregnant). Therefore I'm now on a diet. I'm substituting some of my meals with VLCD packs and eating some real meals that are healthy (and on the small side) Sweets, ice cream and other goodies are an absolute no no.

Being on the fifth day of my diet I can say that it goes remarkably well. I'm actually not very interested in eating loads of  unhealthy snacks or sandwiches or pizzas or what have you. I just decided that I don't need those things now and that I can eat things like that later when I'm done dieting and only need to keep my weight. I'm going to make a small exception next Sunday however when Baby boy is being christened. I'll probably eat a little bit of cake at the reception afterwards.

I'm snacking on carrots and tomatoes and the moment. Sometimes on cucumber too. If I'm in a real partymood I make a fruit sallad.

So, everything goes well, apart from one thing... Today I'm f*cking hungry!!! Most days it works and I'm not overly hungry, but today isn't one of them. I need all my resolve to stop me from eating the entire fridge. Gaaaahhh. I don't want to give in to it. I want to keep to my diet damn it. Maybe a banan... hm....
