re IJ: the service provider apparently took down the databases and was refusing to give them back. Now squeaky says he may be able to get them back, but he needs to order new servers. (No, I have not been keeping obsessive tabs on the IJ twitter, not at all!)

that is really...well, I don't think "touching" is quite the right word, especially in the context of the issue. But. Yes, good.
