Update on Offspring
I am humbled and amazed at the recuperative powers of the human body. It helps that the body in question is a 'health as a bull-moose' 21 year old, 6'4"+ rugby playing male.
My son was moved to a regular room Sunday evening - this after he was literally at death's door Saturday morning. His general health helped him recover from the physical blow of septic shock, along with the magnificently skilled medical personnel. Today he reports that there is talk of him being released on oral antibiotics tomorrow.
I thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this stressful time. I firmly believe that they helped his speedy recovery.
