IM PISSSED! I couldn't find a jigglypuff costume on wilshire and I looked through every little nook and cranny on Wilshire (really only two stores- Ahh's and Ursula's), but managed to spend like two hours. It looks like im gonna don some tight pleather and be catwoman.
I did come across a zapados costume, but it was for kids age 5-7. harsh.
