Quick summary of Barcelona since I´m at a workplace (kind of like a Kinkos) using the internet for 1€ per half hour...
Every day has been tours of different parts of the city. The first day was el Barrio Gótico, the second was modernism (Gaudí rocks), today was a bit more modernism and comtemporary--aka Olympic Port. There was also a festival last night (El noche de San Juan) where basically everyone in Barcelona goes down to the beach, sets off fireworks to scare away the "brujas" (witches) and parties all night. Tonight, I think we´re going salsa dancing. Its fun, but 4 days really is not enough time to get a feel for a city this large. I like it, but its hard because you want to do everything and there isnt enough time.
And, its a close call between the cathedral in Burgos and La Sagrada Familia here for the best iglesia of the trip so far (we have a joke about iglesias because everytime we have a trip to some little town, its always to see the church or cathedral, so when we´re going places we always call out whenever we see an iglesia)
Ok, I have to finish my midterm when I´m in Madrid, so I´ll be on a computer at some point. So, hasta luego!
