Barcelona
Ever try to put 12 people and alllllll of their luggage for 5+ weeks in 2 6-person sleeper cars on a train?
Yeah...that would be the concise version of yesterday.
Except for the leaving Santander and leaving our Spanish families part :(
But, somehow we all made it, with all of our stuff, to Barcelona this morning. Took taxis to our new houses, cleaned up a bit, then me and the other girl in my class who I´m living with went exploring for awhile. Walked around by some of the buildings from the Olympics back in ´92. It´s hoooooooooot here! 33 degrees celsius today...
Had our little orientation and class for the day. Tomorrow, we have a speaker about Catalán theatre, then start our daily tours and cultural visits. We´re going to be BUSY the rest of this week!
In 2 weeks this whole thing will be done and I´ll have already been in Italy with my family for a few days...Crazy
