[Germany's mad. He feels like he's been invaded! He has another beer, this time one of Prussia's, in his hand to keep the buzz going as he stumbles his way for his bedroom, muttering how he needs to change the combo lock on his "panic room" now...
However, he notices that there's light going on in Italy's room, from under the door, and walks over to it and knocks... actually rather lightly, but only because he's missing the leverage he needs to knock more obviously.]
[Paintbrush and everything still in his mouth, Italy stumbles over to the door. Who was knocking at his door? Italy could have sworn that Japan was off doing something and Prussia was off doing.... whatever Prussia was off doing.
Dropping a few brushes from his right hand onto the ground, Italy pushes his door open to see an upset and slightly inebriated Germany.]
[Germany flinches, as everything feels like it's moving a little faster than normal... but relaxes, when he sees Italy's face as though he hadn't been expecting him to answer the door. What.]
[It's the booze Germany. This is what you get for drinking. And have some cheerful smiles as Italy motions Germany inside is room all while rubbing off some of the paint on his face.]
[Watch where you're stepping Germany, there's scattered tubes of paint and small jars of oil all over the place. Italy, himself, is hopping around the mess on the white tarp.]
I decided to paint the meteor shower. I'm about halfway done-
[And cue Italy showing off his painting thus far. It's a panoramic canvas, roughly 30 x 60 in size, and you can guarantee that it looks beautiful. The night sky and the shower done with such fine detailing and with so many subtle colors.]
[Aww, well Italy most likely caught that moment of appreciation. He's attentive to Germany after all! And still clinging happily to your arm, Germany.]
Mmm... They have. Well, as far as I know at least.

...you have a window open in there, yes?

Mmm! I do. Passing out isn't really fun, Germany.

It looks exactly like it.

So how have you've been Germany? I see that you've been.... drinking.
Reply
Just a bit. Everything's been well.
[and... he just... turns and starts for the door, still dragging.]
You?
Reply
You sure, Germany?
[Where are you going Germany? You leaving so soon? Italy is watching you drag yourself towards the other door.]
And I've been fine. A bit bored... Are you going back to your room?
Reply
[takes the handle, but doesn't open the door]
...yes. Are you able to put the painting up for the night?
Reply
[Italy makes his way back the tarp towards his door and Germany.]
I can... Would you like some company?
Reply
That you've been bored. And if you... don't mind.
Reply
[Hopping over the last bit of tarp before latching onto one of Germany's arms]
And I'd never mind keeping you company, Germany.

Has everything been alright here?
