bane of my existence
Today Caitlin, Jen and I saw Get Smart in the city. We loved it. Especially the Muffins of Mass Destruction line as it reminded us of Gerard's "Kill 'em with deliciousness" ramble. On our way to the shopping centre, I had some random Asian lady tell me to be quiet. So what is my oh so intelligent and witty response? "No, you be quiet." Bravo Liz, bravo. *claps slowly* Almost simultaneously Caitlin was told to fuck off by a rambling lunatic. Why do we attract the crazies so?
I was just checking my rooms for next semester when I noticed that either through my own error or some Supreme Being's idea of a joke, I have been enrolled in the 6pm-9pm session instead of the 10am-1pm session for one of my classes. I am now contemplating whether I should try to change this or just deal with the later class.
Pros:
- I will only have two days of uni a week instead of three
- I may be enticed to do work in the gap between classes or at least socialise
Cons:
- As class doesn't finish till 9pm, I wouldn't get home until 10:30pm and that's if I leave class early to catch the 9:07pm train. I have to be up at 7am for class the next day
- I will have a five hour gap between class
- The lateness may affect my concentration and attendance
